Fundraising

The Playgroup also arranges social events for parents and carers and welcomes any parental involvement. There is involvement in other aspects of village life such as the carnival during the summer and entering exhibits for the garden shows. We try to vary our fundraising activities annually to provide a variety of events for people to come along and support us.

We also make several trips during the year, such as to the beach, fire station and fun parks and we also work closely with the village school.

As we are a charity we rely heavily on extra money generated by our fundraising activities and we are keen to be as active as possible in our fundraising quest!

We are particularly interested in good quality items for our raffle and volunteers are always welcomed to help out with our activities.
